I have coached individuals military and civilian at various levels of fitness, setting targets and motivating them to achieve long term goals.
I served with the United Nations, more recently in Afghanistan. My role was preparing units for Operations, dealing with numerous key tasks, and maintaining personnel to the highest levels of fitness.
During my 24 year career I developed and organised numerous events around the World, raising thousands of pounds for various charities.
